Why most B2B AI tools fail (and what replaces them)

The B2B AI tool graveyard is full of clever demos. The survivors share one thing: they ship outcomes, not features.

Walk any B2B conference floor in 2025 and you'll see the same booth, eighty times over. 'AI-powered sales acceleration.' 'AI for revenue intelligence.' Everyone has a tool. Almost no one has a result.

The pattern is consistent. The demo is dazzling. The pilot is encouraging. The renewal conversation is awkward, because nobody on the buyer's team can point to a specific deal the tool created.

What survives is the opposite shape. Not a tool, but a service that uses AI inside it. The customer never opens a dashboard. They just see meetings on their calendar and revenue in their bank account.

That's the model we run. AI agents do the heavy lifting in the background. Humans handle the judgement, the relationships, and the handoffs. The outcome is the product.

The future of B2B AI isn't more tools. It's fewer, better-integrated services that take accountability for the result. Everything else is a feature waiting to be commoditised.
